Asos.com Mid-Season Sale

Guilt-free shopping has arrived! Every shopper's favourite website, www.asos.com, is offering up to 70 per cent off selected items as part of its mid-season sale. The great thing about the sale is that you can search items by category and get to those bargains double quick. There's a very attractive "£10 & Under" section, which features some very elegant earrings and necklaces.
If you're planing a holiday to somewhere sunny I recommend having a look at the swimwear sale section. There are colourful and striking bikinis for just £12 along with other, though more expensive, unique pieces that will definitely set you apart from other sun worshippers.
If you're a fan of designer brands, you'll be happy to know that many items are half price. Lingerie and nightwear is excellent value with briefs from £6. Some of the Caprice range is very affordable and I spotted a gorgeous white boudoir lace slip for just £10. Delivery is free, so what are you waiting for?

Amazing High Street Bargains

I had a quick look in River Island today and spotted some unbelievable bargains. They had 50 per cent off on items that had already been discounted. I had to blink twice! They had beachwear and underwear for as low as €3, belts for €8 and hats for €6. Jeans were just €24. The sale items had been well picked over and it was very difficult to find 10-12 sizes, however, so I recommend you get in there quick before everything is cleared out.
Aldo has quite a varied range of footwear from just €40. It also has "two for the price of one" on some of its colourful accessories. I still think that some of its sale offers could have greater discounts, but the shoes are stunning and simply too fab to ignore, especially if you've a shoe fetish.
Staying on the High Street, H&M has a very large array of jaw-dropping deals. Today I saw tops and trousers for just €7! Some hats were as low as €2 and eye shadows and pencils were on offer for €1. Dresses (perfect for warm, sunny days) were discounted by 50 per cent, leaving most at around €15 or €20.

Online Shopping

There are literally millions of websites offering discounts on products, some of which are documented in my top ten list of online shopping sites, but another Irish site is definitely worth a mention.
www.onsalenow.ie allows you to search its directory of goods through brand, store and category listings. It  has a "new sales" section offering anything from skinny belts to shampoo. The prices are excellent and the range of products and brands is vast.
Clairns, Diesel, Redken, Shiseido, Apple, Lancome and Champion Sports are just some of the brands and stores listed on the site. Accessories, skincare, clothing for all ages and underwear can all be purchased. An ipad 2 leather case for just €28 was on offer when I was last browsing.
You can register for a "sales alert" that allows the site to send you regular updates of discounted offers on your preferred brands. It has a "sales ending soon" and "best sellers" section, which is perfect for directing you to the best bargains quickly. I personally love its selection of beauty products, which are all that little bit cheaper than buying them in store. The one downside is that delivery costs are about €7.
Meanwhile, if you haven't checked out the Awear sale, then you're in luck - it's still on!

Shoe Sale Mania

The sun wasn't the only thing putting a pep in my step this weekend, the huge number of bargains on offer on the High Street were also brightening my mood.
Several more stores have now begun sales with offers on selected items in a range of shops including River Island, Office, Aldo, Dune and Champion Sports, to name but a few.
I seemed to be most drawn to shoes on my quick perusal through the shops this weekend (perhaps  thoughts of Imelda Marcos and her gigantic shoe collection were floating through my subconscious) and I was pleasantly surprised to see a lot of flat summer sandals and shoes already on sale.
House of Fraser have up to 50 per cent off on some of their shoe selection and although a lot of the footwear in the store can be quite pricey, the generous discounts make them very affordable. Bright patent blue, red and white loafer-like flat shoes caught my eye and would certainly brighten up any summer outfit.
It was off to Dune then where they also have 50 per cent off selected shoes and bags. Colourful heels that were over €120 are down to €69 while matching bags that had been priced at over €70 are now an affordable €34 euro. If you're looking for a nice pair of heels and bag to dress up a special outfit Dune is definitely the place to go at the moment.  Although make sure you get in there quick, it was difficult to even get a look at what was on offer in the sale area when I visited, such was the interest. Here's a link with more information: http://www.dune.co.uk/
Champion Sports have 20 per cent off hoodies and Aldo are currently boasting a very vibrant and colourful selection of discounted accessories and jewellery that would be perfect for dressing up an old top if you can't afford a new one. H&M has some unbelievable deals with tops for just a tenner.
